This table contains external people that engage with the companies in your program in different ways. Your [[vocabulary_and_customisation|vocabulary]] may vary, but they are most probably outside your organisation. However, you may still want to track interaction with your ventures. Venture Tracker facilitates this through several mechanisms (not all may be enabled at this time in your instance)

For many programs, a mentor is a specific external role and may require 
===== Business Review Panels =====

An event for a single company where external guests are invited to discuss issues pertinent to that company. Again, language may change, these may be Stage Gate Reviews or Mock Boards, but they will consist of multiple external people and a single venture (as well as potentially your internal staff).

===== Mentor Assignments =====

Generally a one to one engagement between an external mentor and a single company. You may also wish the mentor to submit meeting notes to Venture Tracker, although they will not have a direct access account. See [[email_users|Email Users]]
