It tracks your interaction and engagement with the companies you work with and their support networks. Each time a member of your team meets with a venture in your program, meeting notes and other information can be added, which are subsequently available for all of your team to review.

VT fits in with your existing processes, if for example, you call your mentors ‘coaches’ you can embed your vocabulary in the tool. See here for more information on customising your tool
If you run larger interventions such as board meetings or stage reviews with your companies - VT facilitates the selection of panellists and you can send invitations direct from inside the tool, which streamlines the process and makes it easy for you to administer key events. You can set up notifications too - for example, perhaps a company has not engaged for a while? Easy. You can add custom alerts along with bespoke reports, so you are always on top of where your cohort is and what they need. For more information on setting up custom alerts, check out Advisories.
Dashboards can be added, for a live display of results, outcomes and key performance indicators. Internal monitoring can assist in keeping your data clean, so all of your team can trust the data and add value to your member companies. Start using Dashboards.
User permissions allow you to control access and manage your internal team. This promotes greater transparency – all your team can know the full engagement history with a member company without the risk of data corruption. See more on User Levels
